Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges (Online orders only)

In the event that an item received is unsuitable, we are happy to process an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt of your order for all orders within the UK, and within 14 days internationally.

We ask that you email us to let us know..

You will need to post your item to us securely, with all original packaging and the completed returns form using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

Your order must be received back at our office within the above timeframe quoted. The item must be unworn and in pristine condition to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of lenses if returning prescription eyewear, and return postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty or if there has been an error on our part. In the event of a return where the product is not faulty, we are able to refund the full cost of the product, minus the original postage cost. For exchanges, we will contact you for payment on return postage to you. The amount of the original postage cost will vary, as follows:

UK Recorded Delivery: £6.00
Europe: £10.00
Worldwide: £20.00

All of our items are covered by a minimum one year manufacturer guarantee against faults. If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us with the details of the faulty item, the full name the original order was originally placed under, the date of the order, the e-mail address and order number. Our knowledgeable team will be able to advise you how to proceed.
